So, who am I? Well, here's the self-deprecating description I give of myself from my Amazon Author page.
"Bryan C. Laesch is a writer from Metro Detroit, Michigan. Despite academic success and showing great promise as a corporate man, Laesch has chosen to pursue his true passion as a writer--a choice he sometimes regrets when he looks at his bank account.
Like all writers, he has dreams of grandeur, desiring to be able to measure up to the greats, like Stephan King, JK Rowling, JRR Tolkien, William Shakespeare, Edgar Allan Poe, and HP Lovecraft. And due to his over-inflated ego, he likes to call himself 'Bryan C. Laesch, the Omni Genre Writer,' meaning no matter the genre, he writes it, despite the evidence of his limited portfolio."
That's basically it. I claim to be the world's next greatest writer, but I'm the only one who knows it. So this blog is my way of connecting with my audience, promoting my work, and giving you some insight into the man behind the pen. As you can tell by looking at the different pages, I write all sorts of stuff. That's what I mean by calling myself "Omni Genre." That's the curse of being an INTJ--I'm a jack of all trades.
So, what will you find on my blog? All sorts of sh*t.
My biggest draw is the INTJ page where I discuss the MBTI concept, but I especially look at everything from the INTJ perspective because I am one. But also on my blog, you'll find posts where I discuss writing, the animated, web-show RWBY, I give out excerpts and examples of my work, I discuss cryptozoology and the paranormal, and you'll find some other stuff that are just rants or that don't really match up with anything else.
If you enjoy my writing, then I hope you'll join my mailing list. I only have one, so regardless of why you join, you're going to get everything I do coming at you. It's just simpler this way.
And supposing you're not the type to hand out your email? That's cool. It's less work for me anyway. Mailing lists are a pain. But if you want to stay up-to-date on everything I'm doing, stalk me on the interwebs. You can follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, Twitter, and YouTube. Or hell, you can just subscribe straight to the blog itself on the Home page. And for those who really believe in me and want to do everything they can to support me and make sure I keep making quality content, support me on Patreon. I have all sorts of rewards and goodies for every level of donation. Even as little as a buck a month helps me heaps.
That's it for now. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask them. I may not respond to them, but feel free to ask anyway. Thanks for stopping by.
